ANTON uses Australian courier companies and their standard shipping service and FedEx for all International orders.

You may wish to follow the progress of the delivery. We will send you a consignment tracking number and a link to follow the progress.

Australian-based courier companies standard operating hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. May you please ensure you will be available to sign for your delivery.

At our ANTON Chadstone boutique, we offer lay-by services, allowing customers to reserve items for a period of up to 90 days through fortnightly payments. Should you choose to cancel your lay-by, a minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the sale price of the item(s) will be applied. Although we provide you with an insurance appraisal that you can use to obtain coverage, we do not provide jewellery insurance.

May we suggest you speak with your insurance broker for specific jewellery insurance.

An ANTON diamond is as rare as it is beautiful. It sparkles with fire, light, radiance and natural beauty. Our designers at ANTON have created diamond jewellery to be long lasting to treasure for a lifetime and beyond.

We recommend that you use a soft cloth to polish your diamond once a week, to help keep its natural lustre. Every two weeks, brush your jewellery gently using a soft toothbrush and some mild detergent dissolved in warm water. This method will keep your diamond and jewellery clean and shining bright.

Its natural beauty can slowly tarnish from perfumes, cosmetics, soaps, detergents and even the natural oils and salts in your skin. This will dull your diamonds and prevent their natural brilliance from shining through. All diamonds and jewellery benefit from regular cleaning and maintenance.

We also offer a jewellery cleaning service complimentary in our boutiques for all our clients. We recommend visiting every three months for complimentary cleaning and check. With little care, it’s easy to keep it looking as beautiful as the day it was purchased.

Pearl jewellery should only be cleaned with pearl cleaner.

For any coloured gems we recommended you bring into one of our boutiques to have our team clean for you.

Yes. At ANTON we offer Jewellery repair services as well as service and repair for all luxury timepiece brands. We work on the most complicated and delicate timepieces as well as fine jewellery timepieces.

The ANTON workshop is staffed by highly qualified watchmakers who will only use the latest Swiss-made servicing equipment and genuine spare parts.

When considering what jewellery you can wear all the time, prioritise pieces made from durable materials like 18k gold or platinum. Dainty designs, like studs and huggie earrings or initial pendant necklaces, are a great keepsake to wear all the time.

For best results, we recommend using the ANTON Ultrasonic Cleaner every 1-2 weeks for regularly worn jewellery, and as needed for occasional pieces. 

Regular cleaning helps remove build up from daily wear and keeps your jewellery looking its brightest. 

Please ensure your jewellery is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning before use and refer to the care guide provided as not all stones and metals are suitable.

Water is suitable for general ultrasonic cleaning. For a deeper clean, you can add a small amount of mild detergent and a cap full of household cloudy ammonia.

Avoid jewellery cleaning chemicals and abrasive cleaners. 

Ultrasonic cleaners are safe for many jewellery types when used correctly. However, damage may occur if items are unsuitable or already compromised. Loose settings, weakened claws, porous stones, or delicate finishes may be affected during cleaning. Always check jewellery carefully before use. 

We recommend having your jewellery professionally checked and cleaned by a qualified jeweller every 12 months.

Not all stones are suitable for ultrasonic cleaning.

• Oxidised or intentionally patinated silver (may remove finish)

• Jewellery with glued components (stones, pearls, enamel, costume pieces)

Yes - multiple items can be cleaned at the same time, providing they are compatible with the ultrasonic cleaner and do not risk scratching or tangling. Avoid overcrowding the tank to ensure an even clean.

Yes - the ANTON Ultrasonic Cleaner comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.

This does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning.

Store the Ultrasonic Cleaner in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the tank is emptied, cleaned and fully dry before storing. 

Keep the unit unplugged and avoid wrapping the cord tightly around the device to prevent damage. 

1. Prepare your cleaning space
Place the ANTON Ultrasonic Mat on a flat, dry surface and position your ultrasonic cleaner on top. The mat also provides a soft surface for your jewellery before and after cleaning.

2. Fill with water
Add water in the main cleaning tank and fill to just below the MAX line. Add a dash of household dish detergent. Do not overfill.

3. Place your jewellery inside
Place your jewellery into the cleaning basket, ensuring pieces are not overcrowded or sitting on top of one another.

4. Start the cleaning cycle
Place the beaker and the lid into the tank and press the power button to begin the ultrasonic cleaning cycle.

5. Brush for a detailed clean
Once the cycle is complete, remove your jewellery and place it on the ANTON Ultrasonic Mat. Using the ANTON Jewellery Cleaning Brush, gently brush around settings, underneath stones and in hard-to-reach areas to help remove any remaining residue.

6. Rinse
Rinse your jewellery thoroughly with clean water to remove any residue.

7. Dry your jewellery
Place your jewellery back on the mat and use a hair dryer on a cool setting to remove water from around settings and stones to avoid water residue. Do not use high heat.

8. Empty and store
Empty the remaining water from the ultrasonic cleaner and wipe the tank dry after each use.

Rinse brush provided and store Ultrasonic Cleaner in a cool, dry place.

Do not turn on the ultrasonic cleaner without water in the tank. 
If it is turned on for over 10 seconds without water, it may damage the cleaner or severely reduce the life of the ultrasonic cleaner. 

Do not run the ultrasonic cleaner for extended time or continuously. 
To prolong the usage life, when the ultrasonic cleaner is used continuously for 40 minutes, stop it for 10 minutes or more and refill it with fresh water. 

Do not keep water in the ultrasonic cleaning tank for a long time.

After cleaning is complete, unplug the power cord then pour the water out through the pouring recess. Avoid water getting onto the power socket or vents.

Do not spray water over the housing.

Use a paper towel or cloth to wipe the tank and the housing.

Do not expose the ultrasonic cleaner under direct sunshine for long.

Keep the unit in a dry, cool and ventilated area.
