How do I place an order on antonjewellery.com?

Shopping on antonjewellery.com is simple and safe. Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, simply click “add to cart” and your items will be placed in your cart.

Once you are ready to pay for your item, click to access your “cart” and follow the directions through the checkout process.

Your order will not be placed until the end of the process once you have confirmed and submitted your payment options.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

All items purchased from ANTON Jewellery arrive in an ANTON box with ANTON ribbon and bow. See images for gift wrapping here.

How long does delivery take?

ANTON uses Australian Courier Companies and their standard shipping service.

You may wish to follow the progress of the delivery. We will send you a consignment tracking number and a link to follow the progress.

Australian Courier Companies standard operating hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. May you please ensure you will be available to sign for your delivery.

Delivery times: Metro areas: 3 – 5 business days Regional areas: 5 – 7 business days Metro Areas include: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, and Adelaide.

What delivery options does ANTON offer?

Do you offer insurance for my jewellery?

Although we provide you with an insurance appraisal that you can use to obtain coverage, we do not provide jewellery insurance.

May we suggest you speak with your insurance broker for specific jewellery insurance.

How should I clean my jewellery?

An ANTON diamond is as rare as it is beautiful. It sparkles with fire, light, radiance and natural beauty. Our designers at ANTON have created diamond jewellery to be long lasting to treasure for a lifetime and beyond.

We recommend that you use a soft cloth to polish your diamond once a week, to help keep its natural lustre. Every two weeks, brush your jewellery gently using a soft toothbrush and some mild detergent dissolved in warm water. This method will keep your diamond and jewellery clean and shining bright.

Its natural beauty can slowly tarnish from perfumes, cosmetics, soaps, detergents and even the natural oils and salts in your skin. This will dull your diamonds and prevent their natural brilliance from shining through. All diamonds and jewellery benefit from regular cleaning and maintenance.

We also offer a jewellery cleaning service complimentary in our boutiques for all our clients. We recommend visiting every three months for complimentary cleaning and check. With little care, it’s easy to keep it looking as beautiful as the day it was purchased.

Pearl jewellery should only be cleaned with pearl cleaner.

For any coloured gems we recommended you bring into one of our boutiques to have our team clean for you.

Do you custom make jewellery?

ANTON Jewellery offers a bespoke jewellery design service. Our expert designers and Master Jewellers can custom create the most detailed or sophisticated designs at your request that will satisfy even the most discerning jewellery connoisseur. What ever your taste we can ensure that your special bespoke piece becomes the perfect expression of your style and also create a treasured heirloom for future generations.

Do you offer repair services?

Yes. At ANTON we offer Jewellery repair services as well as service and repair for all luxury timepiece brands. We work on the most complicated and delicate timepieces as well as fine jewellery timepieces.

The ANTON workshop is staffed by highly qualified watchmakers who will only use the latest Swiss-made servicing equipment and genuine spare parts.

ANTON Jewellery offers the following repair services:
